Honne Sense
July – August 2026
Technology continues to open up new possibilities, but it is also making it increasingly clear that, in order to take advantage of them, organizations need to be prepared to operate, evolve, and incorporate new capabilities at the same time.
In this issue, we explore this reality from different perspectives. Martín Ramos examines how IT operations can use data, observability, and automation to anticipate
risks and protect the services that support the business. Carmen Alvarado focuses
on the signals clients are already sending and the value of connecting information
to better understand them. And Adrián Chairez explores the next step in artificial
intelligence: what happens when it stops being limited to responding and begins
executing actions within real-world processes.
Julio – Agosto 2026
May – June 2026
There are moments when technology stops being the main topic of the conversation.
Over the past few months, virtually every meeting with technology leaders and
partners has had artificial intelligence as a common theme; and as these conversations progress, it becomes increasingly clear that the real challenge is not adopting a new tool, but preparing the organization to take full advantage of it.
Innovation does not depend solely on the technology available. It depends on many
other factors such as processes, data, architecture, operational continuity, and above all, an organization’s ability to adapt to change.
Mayo – Junio 2026
March – April 2026
Today, technology is no longer the main challenge. Access to the cloud, artificial intelligence, and automation are no longer barriers. The real challenge lies in turning
that investment into real business results.
From our experience, what we see is not a lack of initiatives, but a lack of focus.
Projects move forward, but the impact is not always clear. The difference is not in
doing more technology, but in making better decisions and executing them with
discipline.
Marzo – Abril 2026

Culture that connects strategy, operations, and transformation
In recent years, the conversation around technology has been defined by speed. New platforms, artificial intelligence, and increasingly complex operating models. However, in the midst of this acceleration, there is an essential question. What truly sustains a transformation over time?
In this volume of Honne Sense, we reaffirm a clear conviction. Technology enables, but culture transforms.

November – December 2025
Today, technology is no longer the starting point, but the consequence of a clear vision. The organizations that truly move forward are not those that accumulate the most tools, but those that know how to turn ideas into capabilities that work every day.
Artificial Intelligence holds a central place in this conversation—not as a promise, but as a responsibility. Adopting it requires structure, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of the business. But AI does not operate on its own. It needs reliable data, architectures capable of scaling, people willing to change, and an operation prepared to anticipate rather than merely react.
Noviembre – Diciembre 2025
no solo reaccionar
